Advent is a time of preparation for the Solemnities of Christmas, in which the First Coming of the Son of God to humanity is remembered, and likewise a time when, by remembrance of this, minds and hearts are led to look forward to Christ’s Second Coming at the end of time. We hear this in our readings this weekend: "Keep watch! For you know not the day nor the hour."

There is a long-standing tradition of collecting food monthly for those in need. Even during this challenging time, parishioners continue to support others generously. This past month we collected over 100 bags of food. Thank you!
